In 2012, Ron and Cathy decided to start CJ’s Concrete Garden when they could not find any cemetery planters. While they call this their retirement hobby, they have been setting up at farmers markets for 6 years around their home in Columbus, Kansas. At the markets, they sell ornamental concrete pieces in all shapes and sizes as well as fresh vegetables and baked goods. Ron and Cathy say that they enjoy visiting with their customers as well as other vendors.
