Beginning in 2017, Joyce started selling her farm–fresh products at local farmers markets. She sells a variety of products including fresh veggies, honey, crafts, jewelry, and custom T-shirts. She also sells a variety of farm-fresh eggs from chickens, ducks, and even quail. Joyce said she has had a personal garden for years and decided to share her harvest with others in the community by selling at farmers markets. Joyce enjoys meeting new people at the farmers markets.
